Instant Pot Spaghetti

i sautéd onions and garlic first then added meat. Put in jar of sauce and mixed in w meat. added spaghetti, not quite a whole pack but probably could use a pack and be fine. filled jar w water and put over noodles. then added a can of tomatoes. total time cooked for 10 mins

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups water, divided

1 (24-ounce) jar marinara or tomato-based pasta sauce

8 ounces dry spaghetti

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

to 8-quart electric pressure cooker
