Chia donuts
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 300° and grease pan
  2. Combine flour, seeds, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup, milk, and vanilla. It will be runny but it's normal.
  4. Put into pan.
  5. Bake 22 to 26 minutes. Should be firm to touch.
