Shredded Amish Chicken and Gravy

Ingredients
  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 T ghee or butter
Steps
  1. Place chicken thighs in crock pot. Combine broth, cream cheese, poultry seasoning, and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the blended mixture to the crock pot. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
  2. Serve over mashed cauliflower or with biscuits, veggies, etc, with lots of gravy from the crock pot. Garnish with thyme.
