Moroccan Braised Chicken with Almonds

  • 2 x 125g skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Moroccan spice
  • 11⁄2 cups chicken stock
  • 200g broccoli florets
  • 10g roast almonds, finely chopped
  • 3 sprigs continental parsley, finely chopped
