Ingredients
  • Found this AMAZING keto brownie recipe made with avocados. The only problem is they're so good it's hard not to eat them all!
  • subheading: AVOCADO BROWNIES:
  • 1 to 2 large well mashed avocados
  • ½ cup monk fruit sweetener (I only used ¼ cup & it was great!)
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp no sugar nut butter (I use almond butter)
  • 2 eggs
  • Do not over mix unless you want it more cakey!
  • Bake in loaf pan at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool well and ENJOY THE BLISS!
