  • 1 15 oz can low-salt garbanzos, liquid included
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbs nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbs yellow miso
  • ½ tbs apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
