  • ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 drops stevia glycerite
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) organic heavy cream

  • 1 oz/25 g dark chocolate (I use 90% cocoa) or stevia-sweetened chocolate, chopped
