El Pato Shredded Chicken
Delicious chicken mixture you can use for burritos, tacos or on a salad!
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 15.5 oz El Pato Tomato Sauce
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 1 can Pinto Beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
  • Shredded cheese
Steps
  1. In a crock pot place 4 chicken breasts.  Cover with olives, beans and El Pato sauce.  Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4.  Add corn approximately 30 to 45 minutes prior to the end of the cooking time.   Allow chicken to cool slightly and shred with two forks.  Add cheese when serving.
