Loaded Whole30 Breakfast Casserole (Paleo Keto)
Ingredients
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium zucchini, grated
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 8 pieces bacon, diced
  • 1 tbsp ghee, (or coconut oil for dairy free)
  • 1 lb ground sausage, (can sub ground turkey or chicken)
  • 2 tbsp fresh sage, chopped , (or sub dried)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 eggs
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp ghee, (or coconut oil for dairy free)
