Ingredients
- 1 kg wide rice noodles fresh
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic clove crushed
- 2 red chilli thinly sliced
- 600 g chicken breast fillet cubed
- 250 g baby bok choy roughly chopped
- 4 green onion thinly sliced
- 2 tbs kecap manis
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tbs sugar
- ΒΌ cup coriander chopped
Steps
- STEP 1 Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
- STEP 2 Seperate noodles with fork and drain.
- STEP 3 Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.
- STEP 4 Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.
- STEP 5 Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.
- STEP 6 Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.
- STEP 7 Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
