Ingredients
  • 1 kg wide rice noodles fresh
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 red chilli thinly sliced
  • 600 g chicken breast fillet cubed
  • 250 g baby bok choy roughly chopped
  • 4 green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs kecap manis
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • ΒΌ cup coriander chopped
Steps
  1. STEP 1 Place noodles in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
  2. STEP 2 Seperate noodles with fork and drain.
  3. STEP 3 Heat oil in wok, stir-fry chilli and garlic.
  4. STEP 4 Add chicken, stir-fry until brown.
  5. STEP 5 Add buk choy and onion, stir-fry until onion softens and chicken is cooked through.
  6. STEP 6 Add noodles with kecap manis, sauces and sugar, toss gently to combine.
  7. STEP 7 Remove from heat, add coriander and toss gently to combine.
