Jeera rice is a Indian style Rice dish flavoured with cumin. This goes very well with indian curries and lentils.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Long Grain Basmati Rice
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Green Chilli Chopped
  • 2 to 3 Green Cardamom
  • 3 to 4 Cloves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 3 to 4 Black peppercorns
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Chopped
