Penicillin Soup

I love the Low Carb lifestyle but I have a big family so not all my recipes are low carb. Some of my recipes are changed to fit my taste. I also love DIY home goods.

When the entire house is sick...

Penicillin Soup it is!

subheading: For this massive batch:

I used 4 32oz boxes of chicken broth

2 to 4 cups of water i start with 2 and add as needed

2 bunches of celery chopped

6 whole carrots peeled and chopped

12 cloves of garlic

2 whole onions

I put the veggies, a bundle of thyme, and cover with broth in my instapot for 30mins on high pressure (for times sake... you can also just simmer on the stove until the veggies are soft)
