Salsa Verde
Ingredients
  • 12 Jalapenos
  • 18 Tomatillos
  • 2 Onions
  • 8 Limes Juiced
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro
  • 2 Spoonfuls of Minced Garlic
  • Salt to taste
Steps
  1. Wash the jalapenos, tomatillos, and cilantro. Remove the tops of the jalapenos. Quarter the onion. Broil the tomatillos, jalapenos, and onion on the top rack for 25 minutes, flipping halfway though.
  2. Add the veggies and the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend at low speed until the salsa reaches your desired consistency. It is best to blend in two to three batches. Taste and adjust seasoning and lime juice as desired.
Notes
  • Add more jalapenos if you want it more spicy. Adjust the lime juice, garlic, and salt to your liking.
