  • 180g unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into cubes
  • subheading: CINNAMON FILLING:
  • 75g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100g soft brown sugar
  • 2 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • subheading: FROSTING:
  • 60g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp milk at room temperature
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
