  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried oregano
  • 1½ teaspoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 (4-gram) packet/1½ teaspoons store-bought or homemade sazón (any flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
