Ingredients
  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups of sugar substitute (I used Swerve granulated)
  • 1 cup of finely milled almond flour ( sift the almond flour for best results)
  • ½ cup of coconut flour
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of sea-salt
  • 1 cup of strong coffee , room temperature not hot
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup of melted butter cooled
  • 2 eggs
