Golden Turmeric Bliss Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut
  • 150g dried mango
  • Juice and rind of one lemon
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric paste (see above, or use ½ to 1 teaspoon ground turmeric and taste test to see if you need more)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • Plus extra desiccated coconut for dusting
