  • ½ cup diced onion

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 6 thighs)

  • ½ small to medium yellow onion

  • ¼ cup pretzel crumbs
  • 3 or 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from ½ a lime)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
