Whole Food Plant Based Marinara
Ingredients
  • ½ onion diced
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 ½ cups fresh tomatoes 340g, diced
  • one 28 ounce can diced tomatoes in their juice Muir Glen uses BPA free cans so I stick to that brand
  • ½ cup tomato paste 120g
  • 1 cup tightly packed fresh basil 35g, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt 6g
