Avocado, Mozzarella, and Tomato Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or whole wheat work great)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 to 3 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)
