Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms in Cashew Cream Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1 c unsalted roasted cashews
  • 2 c water
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 4 tsp dry white wine
  • 1 bunch chard, chopped (2 ½ c)
