  • 1-⅓ cups organic sugar (evaporated cane juice) (or granulated sugar) (or 1-½ cups)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 5 large eggs
  • ½ cup gluten-free nonfat Greek yogurt (Chobani) (or gluten free sour cream)**
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, for topping
