Low Carb Parmesan Garlic Biscuits (Thm S)
Ingredients
  • 1 c fine almond flour or ¾ c THM Baking Blend
  • 3 Tbsp  coconut flour, reduce to 1 Tbsp if using Baking Blend
  • 5 Tbsp softened, unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
