  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded/diced
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup peas
  • ½ cup heavy/whipping cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
