Slow cooked fried gizzards

Season flour with salt n pepper. Dredge gizzards in this and shake off excess. Coat bottom of with ¼ inch of oil. Place on HIGH for 1 hour. Put gizzards in crockpot and set timer for 8 hours. Stir ever now and then.
