Ingredients
  • gizzards
  • flour
  • salt & pepper
  • oil
Steps
  1. Season flour with salt n pepper. Dredge gizzards in this and shake off excess. Coat bottom of with ΒΌ inch of oil.  Place on HIGH for 1 hour.  Put gizzards in crockpot and set timer for 8 hours.  Stir ever now and then.
