  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • If grilling:
  • Soy dipping sauce (such as Soy-Lime Dipping Sauce)
  • Vegetable oil (for grill)
