IP Poached Egg
Everyone likes it cooked to their preference

Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 C water
  • S & P
  • Sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese
  • Spray Pam
Steps
  1. 1 cup of water in IP liner ( heat water either in microwave or on saute so pressure builds up faster)
  2. Trivet
  3. NOTE: You may also want to spray custard cup with Pam or other non-stick spray or grease with butter, especially if not using meat.
  4. Put slice of meat (OPTIONAL) of choice (pastrami, ham, salami) in pyrex custard and break egg on top.   Break egg in custard cup , salt & pepper, and place custard cups on trivet.
  5. Cook on HIGH pressure (manual) for  4 with QUICK release.  Remove from IP immediately and serve.
Notes
  • Cooking time- find that sweet spot of your own.
