  • Un Kg. de carne de iepure portionata (spalata si stearda)
  • 120 ml de vin alb sec

  • 4 catei mari de usturoi (curatati si spalati)
  • 100 gr. de costita neafumata taiata fin
  • 14 frunze de busuioc spalate
  • 4 frunze de salvie spalate
  • 3 felii de paine toast fara coaja
  • 200 ml de lapte
  • 3 linguri cu ulei de masline
  • sare
  • Piper proaspat macinat
  • 100 ml de apa fierbinte (100 to 150 ml)
