  • 3 cups (510g) semisweet chocolate chips, chopped*

  • ¾ cup (170g) heavy cream
  •  
  • 1 cup (113g) pecans, toasted and diced
  •  
  • 3 cups (149g) mini marshmallows
  •  
  • note: go ahead and use a 16-ounce bag of chocolate chips, if you like; the "missing" 2 ounces will simply produce a slightly softer topping.
