Spicy Pork Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
  • Noodles
  • ½ fl. oz. sesame oil
  • 8 oz. green beans
  • 2 green onions
  • ¼ oz. cilantro
  • 1 Fresno chile
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 oz. teriyaki glaze
  • 1 tbsp. Gochujang
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
Steps
  1. Cook noodles al dente, toss with sesame oil and set aside.
  2. Trim green beans. Slice green onions on angle, and separate white and green portions. Stem and coarsely chip cilantro. Slice Fresno chile into thin rounds.
  3. Combine water, teriyaki glaze, and gochujang in a mixing bowl.
  4. Heat olive oil in pan, and cook pork, green beans, white portions of green onions, and salt to taste until pork is cooked through and green beans slightly char. Transfer to a plate.
  5. Char noodles slightly on one aide in very hot pan. Then add pork-green bean mixture and teriyaki-gochujang mixture to pan. Toss and serve.
