Swedish Baked Salmon
Ingredients
  • Mix all ingredients below together spread over the salmon and top with some slices of lemon and then bake for 15 to 20 min in a 450F/235C oven.
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (I prefer Dijon)
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill (you can also mix dill and flatleaf parsley)
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper to taste
  • 1 side of salmon (3 pounds)
  • Lemon juice (from ½ lemon), slices + wedges, for serving
