(Crustless) Quiche is much Healthier for you when you know how to make it, and Carefree too because you don't have to make Pastry in addition to the Filling. Just All-In-One. It will be especially Nutritious if you use Spelt or Khorasan Flour instead of Modern Wheat Flour. They are Ancient Wheat = Healthy!!!
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup Spelt flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups Frozen Vegetables
  • 1 cup grated Edam cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham (optional)
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • subheading: Tomato Chutney:
  • 400g can Italian-style Tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 8 olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
