Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole
Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can small sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 4 oz velveeta, cubed
  • 2 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 c minute rice (uncooked)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Steps
  1. Melt butter. Add soup. Add broccoli and remaining ingredients. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
Notes
  • Double it for groups.
