One Bowl Chocolate Donuts

  • ½ cup (75g) Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • subheading: For the Chocolate Topping (Optional):
  • ¾ cup dairy-free Chocolate Chips, melted
  • Cacao Nibs, for sprinkling on top
