Servings: 16
Ingredients
  • subheading: Soup:
  • 150ml hot water
  • Gelatin 5 g
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken stock (granules)
  • subheading: Dough:
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Warm water 100ml
  • subheading: Meat:
  • 150 g ground pork
  • 2 onion long chopped (chopped)
  • Shiitake (chopped) 2 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon drink
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of salad oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Water 50ml
  • White sesame seed amount
  • Green onion (small cut) Appropriate amount
Steps
  1. 1. Make a soup. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well. Pour it into the bat, put it in the refrigerator if it gets rough, cool it (about 1 hour). When it solidifies, scratch it with a fork or the like and make it fine.
  2. 2. Make the skin. Put the flour, baking powder, lukewarm water in the bowl, mix with chopsticks, knead with hands when gathered. When you are lumping, put a lap and let it rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. 3. Make bean paste. Put all ingredients in the bowl and mix well with hands until it is whitish.
  4. 4. Extend (2) to a rod shape and cut it into 16 equal parts. When extending to a circle with a diameter of 8 cm with a pestle, put (3) and (2) and close the mouth tightly.
  5. 5. Place a salad oil in a frying pan and line up (4). Heat with medium heat, bake, add water, close the lid, and bake it for about 12 minutes. When moisture disappears, sprinkle sesame oil and bake with high heat, and serve as dish on the bottom as the bottom becomes crisp.
  6. 6. Complete with white onion and green onions.
