Sour Cream Raisin Pie
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 2 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1 500g. container of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup raisins
Steps
  1. In large bowl, blend filling ingredients. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  3. Pour hot filling into unbaked pie shell. Add top crust and seal the edges. Place pie on middle oven rack.
  4. Bake at 400° for 12 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and cook for another 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
