  • ½ to ⅔ cup skim milk or as needed to reach your desired consistency
  • ½ tsp seasoning kosher salt or to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried chives
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp onion powder
  • To garnish: fresh chives fresh thyme
