Dalgona Coffee”.
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee (I had Nescafé dark)
  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 2 tbsp boiling hot water
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  •  
  • 1 glass ½ full of ice the other half with milk.
  • You can use Almond Milk,Soy Milk,2% or whole. It won’t matter.

  • Add all to a bowl and mix until Carmel colored and stiff peaks form.
Steps
  1. Using a whisk or a handheld milk frother (if you have one), whip the ingredients together until the mixture turns into a Cool Whip-like consistency with a caramel-brown color.
  2. (Note: This may take a few minutes, but at least it doubles as an arm workout if you're whisking!)
  3. Pour yourself a half-full glass of milk, scoop the whipped coffee on top, and sip away. (Try channeling your inner barista by adding a sprinkling of cocoa powder or chocolate syrup.)
  4. I used a electric hand mixer and it took about 3 minutes to get to a Carmel color with stiff peaks
