Baked Onion-Sour Cream Pork Chops
Ingredients
  • Thin sliced boneless pork chops (season with salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can of French fried onions
Steps
  1. I used the thin sliced boneless pork chops (season with salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  2. Lay the pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a 9x13 Pan
  3. Preheat oven to 350°
  4. Cover with a layer of sour cream.
  5. Top with the French fried onions
  6. Cover and bake for about 35 min
