Ingredients
- 7 cups rhubarb
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Steps
- Mix ingredients in a bowl and let sit 15 minutes.
- Start your smoker up and set to 375°F.
- Line a pie plate with bottom crust and put fruit mixture into the shell. Cover with top crust. Cut vents.
- Cook for 1 hour.
Notes
- Plan to cook the pie the same time as something else to save pellets.
