Rhubarb Pie on the smoker
Ingredients
  • 7 cups rhubarb
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
Steps
  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl and let sit 15 minutes.
  2. Start your smoker up and set to 375°F.
  3. Line a pie plate with bottom crust and put fruit mixture into the shell. Cover with top crust. Cut vents.
  4. Cook for 1 hour.
Notes
  • Plan to cook the pie the same time as something else to save pellets.
