Easy refrigerator pickle Jalapeno
Ingredients
  • Jalapeno - 15
  • Vinegar - 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar - 6 tbsp
  • Kosher Salt - 3 tbsp
  • Garlic - 3 clove
  • Water - 1 ½ cup
Steps

  2. 1. Wash and wipe Jalapenos.  Slice them and keep it aside.
  3. 2. Combine water, vinegar, sugar, kosher salt in a saucepan over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil.  Switch of the flame.  Stir in Jalapeno peppers and remove from heat. Let mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  4. 3. Pack peppers into jars using tongs, cover with vinegar solution cover and refrigerate until needed.
