Keto Salmon with sauteed kale, broccoli, and mushrooms
Ingredients
  • Salmon
  • Kale
  • Mushrooms
  • Broccoli
  • Avocado oil
Steps
  1. Coat salmon with some onion powder and garlic powder.
  2. Cook in cast iron grill skillet over medium heat in avocado oil for 3 min on each side.
  3. Saute kale, mushrooms, broccoli in avocado oil with garlic powder for 10 min over med heat.
