  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla or other extract
  • 4 tbsp milk or milk sub
  • 1 tbsp whey powder (optional - add more milk/liquid)
