Ingredients
  • sourdough gnocchi.
  • Recipe for Gnocchi.
  • 3 potato bake and mash
  • 300 g. All purpose flour
  • 100 g. Starter or can use discard
  • 3 eggs yolks
  • 7 g. Salt
  • Mixed everything together and rest the dough in the fridge (we don’t need it rise) then roll them out cut into small pieces and roll it on the back of the fork to make gnocchi shape.  Boil in to water until it rise up then take it out.  Make your preference sauce and enjoy it.  Omg it’s so delicious
