Fall Y'All Protein Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (your choice of nut butter)
  • 2 Tbsp.THM Super Sweet
  • ¼ cup   THM Creamy Dreamy Plant Protein or Pristine Whey Protein
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed meal or hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. caramel extract
  • 1 tsp. maple extract
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree
  • ¼ tsp. mineral salt
  • 1 tsp. apple extract
  • ¼ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ tsp. cardamom (more to taste, if you like that sort of thing)
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. pecans
