sugar pecans
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cup oven toasted pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinamen
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Steps
  1. cook sugar,water,salt and cinamen until a soft ball forms when dropped in water.
  2. (240 deg. on candy themoater)
  3. after boiling add vanilla.
  4. Then add nuts.
  5. Spread out on a wax paper to cool.
