Banana Protein Muffins
Muffins are one of my favorite easy, nutrient dense mini-meals – easy to make, portable and packed with filling, healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
  • You will need: measuring cups, measuring spoons, mixing bowl, muffin tin, rubber spatula, whisk
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (can use a nut butter or sunflower seed butter if you are sensitive to peanuts)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 small extra ripe bananas, mashed very well
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 4 servings (120 grams) I ❤️ Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp allspice
  • ¼ tsp salt
