  • 2 ½ cups homemade chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1 (14 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped plus extra for garnish
  • salt, black pepper to taste
