  • 1 tbsp yogurt (I used greek yogurt)
  • 1 tbsp single or double cream
  • Handful of chopped coriander
  • ½ tsp salt or to your taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Half tsp red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder /granules
  • 1 tsp onion powder /granules
  • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs(oregano+thyme+basil)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
