Ethiopian Chicken Recipe (Doro Wot)

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground fenugreek seed or leaf
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus more as needed
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 2 ¼ cups homemade or low-sodium store-bought chicken stock, or water
